Theodast Waggmump drops both this and the circle of stones. Halfling druid that spawns and runs around the bottom of the hill with the druid ring. He spawns in the area near Talbien the Goodly from either the wander unkempt druid that spawns there in that vicinity or one of the bears as his placeholders. I've seen him a total of 4 times and had a 50/50 drop rate on the tunareberry and the circle of stones. I may have a screenshot of him. I am not sure why he is no longer listed in the beastiary.

its lore so you cant have more than one.
What exactly drops this? Might be nice in poison situations, if it would only heal my pet as well :(
If its like the cleric spell, its a group heal spell. About 100 hp.
