i have this proc all the time in my prim or sec ... kinda curious as to why you'd put it in your bow tho.. for that <<just in case >> a mob has to be cc rooted .. this proc breaks root>> sry my 2c worth.. but wakapoo//grandmaster ranjagater..

I have this augment in my DoN Wind Spirit Bow. It has never procced.

I am a level 71 Ranger with my Dex usually around 320 to over 400.

The inherent proc of the bow happens...my procs aren't filtered out or anything.

Any ideas?
