Ruins of KunarkYou cant hit for no 400 dmg with this. I have one and my max is like 223. I can get to 400 dmg in 2 hits if I have a double attack. Next step up from this is a Tranquil Staff which has a better dmg/delay ratio.

With the new alternate advancement points, monks can do crits now. 400 is a possibility, I've see about 386 max crit with this thing so far.

Yes, 200 is easy specially buffed. I have a 56 Iskar Monk and this is his baby. Double for over 200 very often at a blazing speed with my cloak of flames. I use my fists which are also maxed and i just dont get the feel that i am doing as much damage.

when u say attain, do u mean the item wont work unless u r that certain lvl 50?
No it just means the mob that drops the item is around that lvl. Like you need to be around lvl 50 to be able to fight the creature that drops this awesome item.

This is an uber rare drop from the frenzied pox scarab, incredible weapon - I think our monk broke 200 damage a shot with this.
