Dragons of NorrathI just picked this aug up so I could put both the wanderlust aug and slipgears gem in it.
I found the stats given above are not accurate for someone with all the languages mastered.

i don't know if "an unknown language" is still available after the patch back in may fixing the stats on the tainted heartstone.
Kobold is no longer a learnable language--i think it was changed out for something else, Combine maybe.

On The Nameless (not sure about other servers) there is a language called an unknown language. People have told me I was wrong about this until I taught them the language. Very hard language to find. So add An Unknown Language to your list.
If you are on Firiona Vie, replace Common Tongue with Human Tongue.

No this charm doesent have better stats then Tainted Hearstone alone but it does have a type 7 and 9 slot for DoN augs which can make it better.

This gives 2 less per stat and 3 less hps/mana/end, but has two aug slots instead of one. Perfect if you have slipgear and wanderers stone.
