Mob hits for 450+ - Casts Cleric line of spells - Heals himself at 40pct - Summons! Mob is just as Hard as Tier 2 PoP mobs IMO not worth the time to kill this guy for the loots.

I find the class selection for this item somewhat strange. All wisdom casters. It seems to me like this item is missing some minor focus effect on it.
Another strange thing is that they didnt put 8 int onto it instead of wisdom since SoE likes to make errors like that. Same as putting mana on rogue items :P
