yes, this staf is indeed right click, 13.5 sec casting time, I always keep this, Vermillion Robe of Torrefaction, and Iceshatter in my inventory. Robe is 625 fire nuke with 15 sec cast time from velketor, Iceshatter is 325 cold based 13 sec cast. Cane is low resist though, Robe has much better dmg/cast time, but gets resisted more.

Well, this staff has one of the best right click effects in the game. Fire Lure for 400 points in 13.5 seconds. There are things that can't be hit by Robe of Invocation or Vermillion Robe of Torrefaction and if you run oom it's way better to take this out and right click away than try to meditate. You will regain mana from Koadics and AE bardsong anyway while standing so cast real spells when you get the mana, use this in between.

And yes it's a right click, not a proc. I have it, and everyone that owns one has it in inventory for utility purposes. It's not something you wear all the time.

Pathetic for a wizard anyway. The cleric version of the Shissar series is right clickable...

Everybody else's is a Proc.

Why would a wiz EVER need a weaponcanlled THE ELEMENTALIST CANE? This is what the MAGE class should get. After all they ARE the games elementalists right. What a total waste of a good name.

If it wasn't painfully obvious to you already Wizards deal with all the elements as well. Mages = Masters of Elemental Summonings, Wizards = Masters of Elemental Damage. I see what you mean, but the name isn't all that strange on a Wizard item.
