This armor peice represents only one half of the DoN tradeskill armor, the other half that completes it is a symbol augment. The symbol augments fits in the type 11 slot and is diety specific. Only the DON armor has a type 11 slot, and it also has a type 12 slot which fits oow augments and an additional type 7 slot.
An example of the symbol augment is a Journeyman's Wrist Symbol Of Growth
Also remember this is the level 20 usabale armor. There are three higher tiers of armor, expert at level 40, master at level 60 and grand master at level 70.
