Dragons of Norrath
I have been here killing the PH listed here for aver 3 hours ... am I really that unlucky?
Took me 3 or 4 tries to get the first spawn, then 2 tries to get the second.
Just killed this mob today. Was on my way through zone with my lvl 59 ranger when I saw that the fabled rotting skellie was up. Tried to solo him, and promptly died. Started to run at 35% hp, but the mob kept summoning me. Logged back on as my lvl 55 warrior and 2-boxed with my lvl 58 shammie. He cannot be snared or rooted, but he can be slowed. Wasn't too difficult the second time, but took about 80% of my shammies mana. Pet helped a bit too.

Ive been camping this guy on and off for the past week for what has amounted to 6+ hours. Now, I will be the first to say this is probably a string of bad luck. However, Id just like to warn anyone who thinks they can go and pick this up for 3 alts in 30 minutes like a fabled tattered mantle. It wont happen unless you are lucky.

I just soloed this guy today. Got the fabled face piece and it is a required level of 45, not recommended. So if you are looking to twink an alt, forget about it.

I am wondering if this Fabled Rotting Skellie spawns anymore, I have camped him for 3 days and nothing.... anyone confirm he still spawns?

This mob is still spawning as of 3/28/05.I've camped this mob on and off for a week.His spawn rates vary... could be 15 min to 4-5+ hours just need to be patient.
The Rotting Skeleton pops in the northeast corner above the spider camps... Is a lone skeleton and static spawn... It is the one needed for the Old VP key quest...

Jello can anyone please tell me where dose this mob spawn is it in the nothern city or is it in the south seklly camp i really need a /loc if you can thanks
the /loc is positiv2250, negative5150 in the
NorthEast corner of zone. as mentioned before the PH is a lone iksar skeleton model who stands all by himself, NOT in the skellie camp. the repop time is 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
the named hit my 1150 ac druid for 220+ .. he summons and enrages at low health. cheers!
