Dragons of Norrath
So basically no1 has actual useful info on the mob like how hard he hits whats his spawn rate or anything.....as usual people saying stupid **** like how many it took instead of useful things /sigh
lvl 75 druid 12k mana 10k unbuffed hp with tank merc solo'd mob. I actually pulled him without the rest of the trash, I came VERY close to running out of mana so I recommend saving for heals, bring a slower and healer definately, mob cons even and pet cons grey... have fun!

Does this item have a required lvl like most Fabled items?

Just got Rod last night on Tholuxe for my SK. Did emp with 1 group..
70 war 70 cleric 65 chanter 66 wiz 65 ranger and 66 SK. Slow landed after a tash; had 1 resist of forlorn deeds before the tash. I suggest having a slower - war has epic 1.5 and anguish geared, got down to 10% fast before slowed. After slowed, he's EASY. Also, you should mez PH, clear the 8-10 skell adds in emp room then wait about 3-4 minutes and then kill the PH. This way you dont have to deal with trash. Kind of a pain in the *** to pacify all those mobs. You can also camp the 4 fabled in crypt and fable caretaker too while you wait for emp.
Sporeking seemed to be harder btw maybe because Emp seemed to spend a lot of time casting.
Rod is nice, looks like a Tstaff - Stun sticks on mobs upto 70, nice ratio and stats.
