I just got these on a silly epic raid night and apprently there bugged or I haven't used them enough yet, its an endless throwing item, been throwing em 10 times with only 1 in my inventory and still have yet to run out!

Well the point is.....Long long ago before Luclin, before Velious, and yes before Kunark. Some of the most dangerous places you could explore were PoF, PoH. This item was a signature you put in your range slot to prove you have been there.

Yes, but even in the old world this quest sucked balls...you either have to really like questing or be really, really bored to do this quest for such a lame reward. Nowadays this is called junk loot, not for quests. They are not even stackable (unless they have been changed and the picture is old) for using as weapons.

They are 9 24 throwing item also, I have seen them for sail in a Felwithe fishing shop

These sometimes drop off Turmoil Toads (I think) in the Plane of Fear.
