Killed all the FoS dragons several times, got 6 dragon-spikes, no dragon wing bones yet though. Need the spikes as well, so not too bad, but wondering if they actually do drop the bones in FoS. The drakes in FoS do drop the drake wing bones though.

I can confirm the FoS dragons do drop the Dragon Wing Bones, I just got them from 3 of the 6 dragons in one clear, but it's really random.
Go to Field of Scale and kill any of the named dragons (yes they are quest but they can be killed) and loot a Dragon Wing Bone and in a Fletching Kit turn it into 10x Drake Wing Bone.

You have the recipe listed as 1 drake wing bone combined in a fletcher's kit = 10x's Drake wing bone. It's 1x DRAGON wing bone that will give you 10x's Drake wing bone.

Update: After trying to farm for these, they drop few and far between anywhere other than Sunderock Springs. Most places you'd be lucky to get 1 in 100 kills, that being said they drop fairly frequently off the Seething mist drakes. These are the ones above the waterfall in Sunderock, not the Serene mist drakes. The high desert drakes also seem to drop them more regularly than the two types of drakes located closest to zone (serene and southern ridge).

Dropped off Darkclaw Cleric in Broodlands 4/10/06
On my server they jumped to 10k each bone!! amazing that everyone was pricing them at that price but its just too far out of my range for a tradeskill item now that I started the fletching quest.
Interesting enough, I got one on Creator mission and sold it in Bazaar for 2500 last week in about an hour's time and wondered why it went so fast.

The price hike is because of the Journeyman Fletching Trophy, you have to have 6 of these to make the necessary combines to get it.

The day after PoR came out I noticed the price of these in the bazaar increase by ten times. Guess because they are used in some of the tradeskill tasks in Freeport some believe they can make a quick buck. Now they go from 4-10k.

Also drops in Thundercrest, didn't catch which type of drake.
Pricing ranges from 30-150 pp on Antonius Bayle. Not that much demand.
