I see people have found it on venders, But how do i get the spell. In the case of 'water of the skeptic' I want the level 20 spell 'Words of the Sceptic' or is my information wrong.
Can be bought from a clockwork merchant selling Wizard spells in the Ak'Anon casters guild.
