As of 7/5/06 I saw this post and went looking for this item in the Norrath Keeper's camp and it no longer exists/I can't find it. I checked the regular merchant in the good camp and did not find this item listed by name or by price. Best Tome is the 25% mitigation of 6000hp's "Guard of Humility". If anyone knows something different let me know.

No it's not, atleast not 2mins ago when I checked myself... the level 61 version of this is on the other hand sold for 120 points at the DoN Merchants.. Called "Tome of Guard of Humility"

You recieve this after turning in the progression orb thing from the Emoush raid. Got this a few days ago. Anyone know if this and the lvl 61 from merchants are on same timer or if you can use one right after another?

The level 61 and 69 combat effects are on the same timer. So if you are 69, dont bother getting the level 61 one.
