This book outlines some of
the most famous battles
involving Gnomes throughout
history. Many of the
stories told here are ones
told in other books, books
that mostly ignore or
minimize the contribution
of Gnomes in the battle.
This book focuses less on
the entirety of those
battles and focuses in on
the individual stories.
These stories talk about
the battle from the
viewpoint of the one doing
the fighting. They were
obviously chosen because of
the focus on the armor of
the Gnomes in the battle.
There are also notes,
diaries and legends about
Gnomish smiths and tinkers
who have been involved in


making armor for heroes,
scoundrels and royalty.
The information collected
in this book is
comprehensive and the
patterns are innovative
recreations of the best
from all of history.

The patterns in this book
can be copied many times,
but eventually they will
wear out and you can tell
that if you use the
patterns enough you will
need to replace the book.

To create pattern for
tailoring armor templates
based on these patterns you
will need this book, a
large bottle of ink, a roll
of plain parchment, a quill
and a compacted backpack to


hold the patterns you will
make. You'll also need a
book binding to do the
work.

If you wish to use the
patterns to make molds
you'll need a kiln to work
in as well as a high
quality firing sheet,
sculpting tools, a huge
block of clay and a
compacted backpack to hold
the molds when you're done.

Not clear in the write-ups but you get this tome from doing the first step in the quest series under: •Gnome Cultural Armor (DoN). Simple enough, obtain 2 drops in Unrest and 2 drops in Crushbone. Ancestral Gnomish Armor book is your reward!
