I like this quest cause it's not to hard and it's not to easy but you got to put forth effort. But the armor is worth it when you get the reward. Plus it helps you explore new zones and you know where to go to do things when you finish the quest.

hmm well first u need to be anguish keyed. And in order to even get anguish keyed u need to have a uber guild, and then have the raid force to take down the raid mobs in there. Then u have to keep killing till he actually drops one of the many pieces u need. Then u gotta have the dkp to outbid ur guildies. Then congratz u only have to do it 4 more timezs.
