Head North from wizard Spire and it's the room with the Lizardmen are with the pillars. page sits behind the center pillar as you enter the room.

Sat there intermittently waiting for the page to pop over two days. Thought it was a bug so I decided to file a petition. Here's what the GM came back with.
"Unfortunately as the zone Cazic Thule is currently revamped for Hardcore Heritage. As a result the Cryptic Page (Cazic Thule) may not spawn until after July 22nd once the Hardcore Heritage is complete."
So yeah, won't spawn during zone revamp. It's a shame too as this one page has bottlenecked my 1.5 run for the next couple weeks. 've already done everything else that is allowable without flags.

revamp is over and it still doesn't seem to be spawning. Has anyone been able to find it. I have looked all over the correct room.

I have checked at least once a day since the revamp was over and have yet to find it. I petitioned, and this is the response I received:
"We have reported the issue to our QA/Development team, and we are told it can take some time before it starts spawning again. We've made attempts to repopulate the zone, but fear this may only prolong the process of them spawning."
I know it doesn't help you, but at least you know that you are not the only one with this problem.

I have been there for 3 weeks and have not seen it. Has it been moved ?

you were there during the revamp zone. It does not spawn during that!

i have been looking here for 2 days im in the right spot but i have not seen it on the ground, any hints???
Don't do it if you have any inkling not to .....
Maybe you were there during the Fableds event?? That might change things. I went there today and it was "spot on" right there on said location
Have a wizard tl you to cazic thule, when you zone go north. It spawns under one of the 3 lizard men in the room.
