No idea how to make it yet? I was going to go for this over tier 1 OoW chest for my beast but it's hard to make it when no one has posted the information on making or obtaining one yet. I suspect it is made from feran tunic with a needle and some type of ice based object like the chest mentioned in other post.

Its made the same as all of the tradeskill items from OoW expansion. Feran items are combined with sewing needle and a certain number of Gelidran Ice. In this case, you would make a Feran Tunic then combine that with a sewing needle and 4 Gelidran Ice. I believe the trivial is around 282.
