I'm pretty sure all the Epic 2.0 mobs share the same loot table so it can probably drop from any of them that spawn a chest.

I got this piece a week ago or so. If you look at it in game it says it's mana pres for detrimental however it only works on beneficial like in the written description on this site. It is really 15% mana pres to beneficial up to lvl 70 not detrimental. It came from a chest from lightning caller vhalek or however it's spelled in mpg for a 2.0 epic.
That issue been around since GoD release. Seems like Devs finally recognized this and it's about to be fixed =)

ok i need to clear something up hehe/ if you have 2 items both with mana preservation do they both stack or just the highest one?
Foci don't stack, the highest bonus applies.

mine dropped from chest from cleric epic kill Girplan Scavanger in MPG I was happy to ummm liberate it from it's box
