Very nice piece...have killed him 3 times with my guild but not seen it yet. Would be very nice to get for snares/dots/etc.

Effects all magic based Detrimental spells that are not instant cast (IE nukes)
So effects shaman magic based slows, malisements, necro lifetaps over time and snares.

It'll also work with the new Magic-based short-term DoTs. 30% extension adds at least 1, if lucky 2 ticks.

It's a crying shame the effect is limited to detrimental spells. I bet DoT'ers are gonna love it, though. =)

It's a shame that I'll have to switch out my other range item (Glowing stone of expulsion - Muram's Anger 25% magic dmg). But I'm thinking if I can get 6-7 DoTs extended by 30%, that's an extra 2-3 ticks of dmg while I med. Hopefully I can find that Muram's Anger focus effect on a different piece of gear soon. I understand some viel from WOS has it.

Why not snag one of the masks from the mini's in qvic? they both have more HP/mana better stats, and a similar focus effect as your glowing stone of expulsion.
