In the entrance of the Xuzl tower you will find a skeleton on the floor. The third part can be found by /opening it as you would a container. It can also be found on the way to Xuzl at the bottom of the stairs at -1020, +561 |

it would appear the location is kind of random for this. I found it first behind the cauldron that ports you into Xuzl tower. After running in this room for over an hour waiting for another one to respawn I had to camp and still no respawn in the room hours later after logging back in. While leaving the zone I got all the way to the bottom of the stairs going up to Xuzl and found one at -1020, +561. If I find more locations throughout the zone I will post them.
I also found the bones/skelly on the stairs on the way up to the Xuzl section as well as inside the room where the portal to the second part of the path to Xuzl is.

Look like a dead skelly on ground you have hit /open to grab item from it when you click on skelly has no name says 100% health
I was about neg 438, pos 1273. right past the door that opens, straight ahead were the path makes a 90 degree turn left, right in the middle of that path.

I've spent a lot of time looking for the skeleton on Luclin, but have not found it.
I looked for it on another toon on Tunare and found twice it on the raised walkway going to the Xuzi tower.

Gladimus is right, thanks for the info!
Basically, grind to the left side, up the first sets of stairs, until you get to the "main" area (The huge place where there's three stairs next to eachother, from left to right, one leading to Xuzl and Arlyxir, Jiva, and Rizlona and Protector of Dresolik) take the very left set, keep grinding through the left side, until you get to the VERY FIRST stairway.
The skeleton's DEAD CENTER on the last step of the staircase, can't miss it! Then just /open it and loot it ; )

The skeleton can pop anywhere on the LEFT side of level 3.It doesn't always have the key in it. No message or text if it is empty... just blank lines.

its on the stairs near the tower of Xuzl...doesn't have a name but you can target it
Does anyone have the loc of the skeleton?
My biggest question about this is (1) if the chamber alt access quest is working and (2) is the skeleton all the way back by Xuzl, past the caves, or before the port up?
