Droped from the monk 2.0 final fight in oot about a month ago. I'd send a screenshot but my screenshots arent working for some reason.

(The haste is worn btw. so it stacks with all spell hastes)

i've only seen this drop once from a 2.0 chest for my guild, and as far as i've figured, the chests all have the same very very big loot table. btw it was from the girplan in MPG from cleric hit.

i just want to know if i should keep waiting for this, need a new haste item, don't want tier 2 helm, and current haste is belt.

this cant possibly be, but it says +45% haste so does it stack with other haste? no even soe couldnt think that wasnt to much.
