Almost good for nothing.

Using Echo of Tashan Rk. II, we still achieve a 24% reduction in generated Hate while wearing these.

I have initiated many /feedback and /bug reports, asking that SOE increase the level cap on this Focus effect to 70, to match every other Focus effect on the Class-specific armor from Anguish...so far, to no avail. I don't know why they didn't make it 70 in the first place; surely, they could foresee down the line that, at some point, Enchanters would receive a Tash higher than 65 (our next-highest).

Honestly, it should've had the default level cap of 70 to begin with, if for no other reason than that every other Focus from Anguish is capped at 70.

It's beyond stupid to cap this at 65, rendering this effect almost totally void, when everyone else wearing Anguish gear can be assured of wringing at least 50% viability from their worn Foci affecting the spells/abilities listed.

But for us, it looks like we'll have to resign ourselves to utilizing only 24% of this Foci's capability until we can all waltz out and pick up a Keikolin`s Mindhaze Robe. After all, they're common as dirt...

The focus effect of Innoruuk's Irony was actually first introduced in LDoN from an augment that drops in a raid, the Slime-Coated Shard of Hate. The level cap at the time was 65 and SOE has a history of reusing old focus effects on new, higher-level equipment, so when Omens raised the cap to 70 they figured they had a ready-made enchanter focus they could use without having to create a new one as they did with the gelidran and pyrilen focuses.

Escpecially since enchanters did not get a new Tash spell with the level increase, which was just another shaft to enchanters in general. Two enchanter class defining spell lines, Tash and Illusions, both got skipped not just for this expansion but for the next 2 as well. Not until the level cap raised to 75 did enchanters get a new Tash or a new Illusion.

The funny thing is, the focus of Innoruuk's Sarcasm came out with PoP and was revamped from a max level of 65 to 67 at some point after Omens came out even, so they clearly could also have upped the level of this focus too.

Anyway, SOE eventually had to start making new focus effects for every level increase, but often they still reuse old focuses and add new ones after the fact. However they do it, they usually short enchanters somehow in the end.

Missing a focus, Innoruuk's Irony, lowers angering effect of Tashan line of spells by 80%, and I believe it's up to level 65 even though it's an OoW item, just because we have no tash spell higher than 65.
