+1042, +115. go to the southwest corner of the stone pillar at that location and look for two black sticks protruding from the ground. they are very hard to spot.
Yeah I found them finally after reading your post; almost impossible to see!

Location posted by Samhouston +1042, +115 is correct, but I looked for hours for this tiny texture which appears as two very small sticks protruding out of the ground. The Soulstone shard for the other locations (Bloodfields, Nobel's Causeway, etc.) are clear enough to see, but the shard in Dranik's Scar was near impossible to find. The textures are reduced in size in Dranik's Scar and I had to stand over the location with my camera angle "just right" to notice the shard. Know it is there, but it is very hard to see.

These are no longer blue, glowing, or easy to see.
I have 2/4 shards (NC, Bloodfields) and have been combing the base of this ramp without luck. I have been there enough times to be confident that someone is not looting it just before I get there.
(grapic now looks like two brown twigs sticking half out of the ground)
If anyone has an updated /loc I would appreciate it. The /loc's posted here have not worked for me as of yet.

Brickand, I was having the same problem not finding it but I finally found it, the location I found it at is +1042, +115

These things are bad luck, I died shortly after picking one up in Dranik's Scar.

Found this item last night at exact loc: 1058.51, 116.27, -245.57............. It is at the left pillar of two pillars near the ent to i believe nobles......it is glowing blue on the ground and very easy to see. Good luck
