Because the earring whispers secrets, that is where the owner would get the accuracy +10. I'ts an earring of Premonitions, so it can predict what's goign to happen in the future, how the mob is goign to move, thus whispering that to the owner.

Why, it made perfect sense to me at first glance. I find it more of a gift to be this intelligent, rather than a social deprivation. My social life is far from quant.

I think what it whispers is class specific... My cleric main has this and I thought I heard it whisper:
"I see dead people..."
