Omens of War
This charm is nice, but not near as good as the priest/caster version that drops in the same zone. Also the priest and caster version is slot 8 and this one is slot 7. There is a new DoD augment that drops and only fits slot 8. It wouldve went perfect on a charm but only priests and casters can use it.

As far as i can see, this amulet has nothing to do with the moon, unless im mistaken, its closer to MIDNIGHT increases in power, not FULLER The moon is? or am i missing something?
try to do /time in any luclin zone.
What are the minimum stats, ie at Midday?
And in case you're wondering, on the moon where nobody knows what time it is, the trinket does. It's stats vary according to what time it is everywhere else

These are not max stats, at least for a lvl 70 monk. At midnight, stats are
HP, END 135, AC16, str,dex,sta,agi = 13, FR 16 DR 13 CR 16.
At midday (worst stats) these basically halve to
HP, END 65, AC 7, str,dex,sta,agi = 6, FR 7 DR 6 CR 7.
