I've done the SK epic 2.0 now on three toons across different Live servers. Your best bet is to slaughter everything up closer to the Rivervale zone line. Checking logs - although I did kill several of each undead mob model listed as possible droppers all throughout Kithicor, the "rotting knight" dropped Lhranc's Ring for me each time. I didn't single these models out, I just mass-pulled everything along the path. This most recent run - I logged 279 undead mobs killed before I got the ring to drop. (Talk about bad RNG!!) Seems a bit rarer lately!!
Dropped on rotting knight, killed about 100 or so mobs before it dropped.
Add a "zombie guard" to the drop lost please. Just dropped on Drinal for my SK
Ok got this tonight spent about 30min clearing undead and it dropped off of a rotting knight near the rivervale zone area.. i would pull swarms of undead then just wipe em all .. the SK 2.0 is a Piece of cake .. other than getting the orb which is easy now adays..

Confirmed drop off a Risen Corporal; static spawn near some of the burned out houses. Good luck.

Dropped off a zombie commander for me that happened to agro while i was fighting with the gm ranger in zone. noticed the mob wasn't listed under what drops it. dropped it first kill.

Lhranc's ring dropped off a "skeleton private" who I pulled from the ruined hut at /loc 806, 2293

Also dropped off of a "revenging knight" today.
Dropped of "Rotting Knight" in Kithacoor. He also dropped a "Ruined Teir'Dal Rapier" and "Fine Steel Short Sword" Mob not on list of course. This is used in SK epic 2.0 I hear with Lhranc's pendant and Lhranc's Bracer.
