This DOES have stats during the day, half of what it has at night.
I wanna get one , was curious of how the stats look in the daytime.
It has NO stats at daytime. Whatsoever. It only shows and adds stats during in-game nighttime

My god, you get good stats only you don't get them half the time you're logged on. On the other stone of defiance you get great stats as long as you don't mind running around hungry as hell getting spammed out by the messages and not being able to use stat food. The only halfway decent one is the caster one that gives great stats for only sitting down for an hour or 2 and spamming in different languages which you no longer have to zone in and out to make rise...

How will this item work on the Moon, since time is not a factor there?

night and day still exist on the moon, its just you have no way of telling what time it is because you are infact on the moon

while time is not a factor there - it does seem that night and day are known -- try summoning a firefly globe (i used my rnager) and you will get a message that tells you you can only cast this spell at night --
