A Burnt Sash

Ok look if you want to get A Burnt Sash, here's the quickest way, enter Naf's Lair from off of the mountains of lava I forget the name but there is only two zone entrances into Sol A & Naf's Lair, then go to your right until you hit lava, float over the lava to your left until you see a little nook on your right with 3 or 4 Imp Protectors, kite them back to the hallway you just came which isn't far and pray you have enough friends to help you take them down, they can be fairly tough to do and I wouldn't recomend solo unless your like around 60th. level, also if you think it's a hassle getting this try for the EBW as one of the other 4 items you need to get, it's a bigger hassle, get the maid & butler fang & turn them into a Avenging Catliff, sounds easy except getting to all these mobs in Castle Mistmore is a pain at level 53 even though most cons LB or green, oh and yes this is a No Drop item like the burnt sash so you cannout just buy them in the bazaar, however you can buy the fang's and bring them to the Avenging Catliff which spawned on the stairs just going into the Castle through the secrect wall behind the building where you enter in what looks like a graveyard, you need to kill some mobs around there in the hall and stairs to get it to spawn and it's time consuming, to be perfectly honest if I had to do it all again I wouldn't because the spell Firestrike is much easier to buy and does more damage, maybe not as fast but rarely fails and it's not nearly as hard to obtain.

Ranger Only
# Oct 17 2002 at 2:09 PM Rating: Decent
As far as i know, the only quest its used for is a ranger only level 51 spell, Call of Flames, which can only be partly multi-quested, and im pretty sure this isnt a part.

Just a useless correction, this is actually a lvl 49 spell; we can't start the quest or do the turn in or anything until 50 anyway, as it's original intention was to be a Ranger's final spell in their spell book, somewhat of an old-EQ epic quest. It's from the original EQ, so it's not a 51 spell. Take care, fellow rangers. :)

It is no drop, we hope that the quest is multiclass participation, otherwise these items are useless in our inventories.
