dropped off an Ikav Deathbekoner near the SE part of the zone .. took a few clears but dropped.. the other 2 sections Top and Bottom were pretty common there and also up by DS zone area.. .. but they still drop and only spent about an hour clearing ..

Dropped for me in bloodfields today during a 1-hour hotzone session of random grinding. Like all dumb luck, if I was actually trying to get it it would have taken days. Just posting so there is a more recent post saying "yes it still drops in Bloodfields as listed"

please tag this item as ultra rare... the top and bottom section drop fairly often (let's say that top and bottom are an uncommon drop from the nocs), but the middle section is ultra ultra rare... i killed more then 300 of these mobs and not one middle section.

these drops are rare, clearing the zone for the last 2 days and not one section has dropped. Patience is running out might try again some other time.

i have been fighting in bloodfields for 2 days now and none of these have droped, i dont know what is going on i have tried everywhere. anyone with suggestions plz help!

it droped off of a noc fleshletter for me today, was a light blue cone near RCOD castle, so the ikav guy is not the only one that drops it =)

It just dropped off a noc fleshletter in the SE area of zone right outside the dragorn cave next to the stone pillar on a small hill. On the top of this particular pillar, there's normally a fire burning but it's raining at the same time I'm posting this. :) I have killed in this area alot for faction and had never seen anything like that drop here until now.

Can confirm..a noc flesheater dropped the same. Loc pos 980, pos 1070.
I got one off a noc fleshletter by the DS zone, outside the tunnel but inside the walls. It was the one that spawns by the tree right there.
