If you don't have anything nice to say, at least have the decency to be vague.
This and other related horn parts from the Bloodfields are evidently used as a part of the Rogue Epic 2.0 quest, but they may not always be needed. (They are used to spawn a mob if it isn't up.)

I have no clue what it is used for.. I heard it might be used for the bard epic 2.0... but that is only a rumor... got one just in case...
