A note for the bazaar mules, just because theres not alot of these around doesn't mean you're going to get 125k for an item that maybe 3-5 people on your server could actually use. Theres a reason no one camps them, and thats because the berserker population is infintesimal, sadly.

I just got this... at first I was stoked... but now... blah...
I haven't parced anything... but I'm pretty sure this doesn't effect Rage or Destroyers Volley...
