I ESTIMATE 4500hp...
My heal of 585hp took the pet from 87% to 100% - so a 13% heal gave 585hp... 585 divided by 13 = 45 hp per 1%.... 45x1000 = 4500.
This is with a pet summoned with a Sphere of Swirling Flame from RSS that has the Minion of Darkness effect on it, and no pet toys.

Make that 45x100 = 4500.
Pet seems to hit a little bit harder, but maybe faster than the Lost Soul pet.
