Yes there is. I just got this the other day and was disappointed to see it has a graphic on it. It as the same graphic as the Wallwalker's Helm.

I'm not knocking this hat - it seems quite nice, given the ease of obtaining it. Iam wondering though, why a shm-only hat has +15 str. Im sure a naked shm could max out str with self buffs. Oh well, at least it don't have int on it - well done SoE !!!

Okay, it's 15 str which is one of the less useful stats it could have had.
But why is it +4 damage shield? That's just crazy. What does a shaman want a damage shield for? Free damage sure, but free aggro too and you can't click it off like I ALWAYS do damage shield buffs.

These +damage shield items only add damage to a damage shield spell. If you click the damage shield buff off, you will do no damage shield damage even when wearing this kind of item.

I'm not sure that's true now that the new Focus raises the stat cap. The new max is well into the 400's, depending upon the number of stat raising AA's you've invested in.
simple.. if you have maxxed stats with gear, you don't need to waste buff slots :)
