This now has a 25 delay
I haven't made any of these in a while but if they were nerfed it was likely due to a bug I found.
Because of the zero delay if you used these with the /autofire command they would fire like a machine gun. Two stacks of these would be almost 500 damage instantly.
Definately not "working as intended" so they may have had a delay added. 25 is quite reasonable.

Actually, the bug was more exploitable than that. The dart was originally range or ammo. Because of coding for archery, the range slot controls delay. So you could put one of these in range and whatever else you wanted in ammo and inventory and autofire until your bags were empty. I only used it to raise my beastlords throwing with shurikens but large race rogues/berserkers could have done obscene damage with one of these and high damage ammo.
