An excellent upgrade to the 51 Largo's Absonant Binding snare. It doesn't seem to have a slow attack speed component. It also has a tendency to wear off fairly early. HOWEVER it's a brass song, so it has less of a chance to get resisted, and is worth every sec of time spent getting of it once you start pulling in Riftseeker's.
