Just a thereory but I believe this is 1/4 piece of a quest that hasn't been discovered yet. So far I have found all 4 pieces from this zone that ID as "one quarter of an instrument". http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=52349 - Polished Bone Horn
