Check the pricing data with Alla's link above, these are going for lots more than 11K, we have a data miner altering the real price. Worked out great for me though just picked up a pair for 10K on MM. Guy must have come here to get a price check since they never in baz that ive seen to date,,,,,,,,and i look daily, must be a fairly rare drop?
Have seen for 15k on Innoruuk from rational players. The couple greedy farmers (you get to know their names) try to keep things in the mid-30s. Perhaps these are worth that much, but hard to justify when relatively easy to get and you have to be that level to equip anyway. If this was wearable by folks down the level chain it would be worth more, as has been said before.
Not really that rare. We got 4 in two nigths grinding. Of course our camp location was the cave that the hollower pops in. Honestly, I think rarity is based on the fact that more, better loot drops in WoS so nobody does DH that much.
If you compare other legs that are droppable like Links of Hardend Clay selling for what 8-11k? Only 45hp, similar stats, and only 29ac. Like a woman, in EQ, good legs are hard to find. Certainly a 20k item.

got for 5k on veeshan go as high as 14 not worth more than 10 honestly at 66 should have better legs but sometimes ya just cant get em. Nice ac bonus though
