Vendors buy this for 7 gold 1 silver 4 copper with 145 cha and indifferent faction. They sell it for 7 gold 8 silver 7 copper. It was selling for 1-4k in the bazaar on Povar/Morden Rasp.

It would be really nice if the rogues who have found this could share where they got it.

Not ONLY in Kod`Taz, I HOPE. I've heard rumors of Vxed and Tipt as well, and many skeptics are wondering about OoW Ikaav.
