It was reported that you could use a Fine Steel Dagger in place of a Shiv, making it 2 x HQ Tundra Kodiak Pelts, 2 x Knife (where knife is the dagger or a shiv), 1 x Tunic Pattern. Can anyone confirm that Fine Steel Daggers do not work?

you can use shiv's or fine steel daggers, i would know this since i'm a rogue with 1.5
