Info above is correct, if your looking into the tunnel to rocd, the spawn is on the hill to your right at loc +1530, +1040
This is a ground spawn located on a level bit of ground behind a fire brazier at loc +1530 by +1040 inside the for wall of the Northwest fortress leading to Ruined City of Dranik.
From the Druid port go north west to the fortress (nothing sees invis). As you enter the outer fort walls from the main gate head up the hill and to your left, left of the tunnel to RCoD. You will see a stone fire brazier behind this is your eye.
There are no mobs that spawn or wonder near by.
