Are you perhaps confusing this with the Stoneglint plume? isn't that one +1 CHA?
i just got this one here. no stats at all. but i do have the other one with the +1CHA on it.

it isnt +1 cha they must have changed it cause im looking at it right now and there is no +1 cha

I have one, and have seen others, and they indeed DO have +1 Cha.. same exact thing as is listed in the pic.

I also don't see the +1 on it. I'm a Wood Elf Druid. Wonder if that matters. It also will not go in my ranged weapon slot.

Are you all sure it isn't the Stoneglint Lime Plume you are looking at? These drop from easier chickens in the Overthere. Link is here...
