this actually spawns at pos 431 neg 18 inside the hut with two rats on the bench. 2/17/05

Confirmed. I picked up Page II there today. I'd been factioning in the zone for several days and camping the listed locations (checking about every hour) with no luck. Thanks for the update...saved me a lot of time.
