Been to Cazic Thule today to get this right after the fight for druid epic 1.5 in Easter Wastes. Boxing 80 pally, 70 wizard and 68 druid. Wizard ported straight to CT.
I was surpriced to see mobs dark blue to a 80 paladin. All mobs in the zone were red to a level 68 druid. There were no Piranhas on track, either from wizard port-in, from zone-in or from the well you dive into to reach them (normally).
When I zoned out I saw an "Avatar of Cazic Thule outside". Perhaps this zone is still influenced by the 10 year anniversary changes although the Fabled's should have despawned a week ago according to my information. If not, would anyone know where else to look for this drop? No such Piranhas tracked outside in Feerott either.

Also just to let you know, Pirahna meat drops off of the large greenblood pirahnas as well, after killing about 7 greenbloods, killed one large and it dropped. It's also not on the large greenblood page here, so please fix this.

Soloable if you can get single (aggro range pretty big) - piranha (like everything else in CT) summon so just keep that in mind.
