I tried to create the Green Body Paint as a Halfling Druid lvl 70 at skill 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, and 60. 60 is the skill level needed. I made atleast 8 attempts per skill level.
I finally got all of the components for it, but my skill was too low. So I enlisted the help of my friend, who has 141 in brewing. Giving him the Cactus Pulp, Emerald Leaves, Water Flask and Lichenclover, he made it -- seems to be a no-fail combine -- and gave it back to me. I personally had feared it was no trade, because it's for the 1.5, but I guess not.

Green Body Paint trivials at Brewing 15
Even though the trivial level is 15, Green Body Paint has a minimum skill level to combine. I tried combining this when my skill was at 46 and got the message that I was too inexperienced, then I decided to narrow it down a little so tried at 50, 55, and 60. I was finally able to make the paint when I attempted it at a skill of 60.
The minimum level to create the Green Body Paint for the Druid Epic 1.5 is between 56-60 Brewing.
