Yes, this drops during Luclin.

That's a different version of the item.
IMO the paladin epic dark remains can drop off of any of the skeletons. I got mine from a soriz slave. I was level 80 so was able to clear the entire mine a few times. It did take a while.

pls entree from deep site in the Ssraeshza Temple
Cleared entire mine area twice, then during 3rd set of spawns, got the remains.
Should be linked to being used in the Paladin Epic 1.5: Redemption.

Just dropped off of a Soriz Skeleton.
Cleared it 2.5 times before I got mine -- wow. Also Grey one took 3 kills, so anything less than 50 consider yourself lucky.

I got these when my guild was AoEing the mines for Ssra bane weapons. I got it on the first clear and we cleared it close to 20 times and the 3 other Pallies there each got 1. So if you need this find a guild doing the Emp on your server and help them clear the mines.

Just cleared the mines in ssra like 3 times trying to get this piece for pally epic 1.5, didnt drop once, either bug in the game, or where it says Rarity: Common on this site is ********* Pretty pissed that i wasted all that time and it didnt drop. One from the grey dropped in 5 minutes. Grr =P
I was in a small group last night clearing the mines in ssra for ore drops. We had cleared the mines 3-4 times and hadn't had any of these bones drop (I am the looter of the group). At this point another guild came in and did the cursed cycle... the Moment the cursed was finished these remains started dropping like mad. At one point I had 5-6 rotting in the camp. My theory is that they only drop if the Cursed is down. Will try and confirm this (since I still don't have my ore!!! /rude SoE).
