It can not be cut again.
3x is the highest.(normal, brilliant and radiant)
It can have other stats added depending on the mark, and inlay. Shamans combine them with Alchemy.
for example, check out Radiant Tourmaline of Pure Sundering.
The sundering part is changed by the mark used. Can be several things.
The "pure" can be minor, normal, or pure. Minor is no inlay added. Normal has a white gold inlay, and pure has a black gold inlay.
