Radiant Cut Howlite  

 

Do the percentages stack? Meaning if I put one on an item and another on a different item do I get 6% or just the 3% from 1? Or If I put 2 on one item do I get 3% or 6%?

Jewelcraft is the only skill I have at 250. I also have the Trophy (5% skillmod). I also got all the OoW expaansion JC Alternate Abilities. I failed on this combine above, but luckily I got all the items back as a result of getting the AA's that allow you to get your items back (with luck!). I try again, but lost the Howlite. Howlite on my server sells for 60k. The final item itself is 90k on CT. However, this is just a fraction of what you'll need to make its upgrades which are not yet on Allas:
