Does this modifier allow me as a warrior an increase chance to deal out more damage to a mob thru my weapons. Say an Ice giant would likely go down faster with 3% strikethrough versus without it, in other words is my raw dmg out put increased with this ?
yes, strikethrough increases hits, and therfore your DPS, especially against higher level mobs who have greater parry, dodge etc skills for you to strikethrough.
After looking around for hours on info to what exactly Strikethrough does I found a post on the Steel Warrior forums that describes what it does. Strikethrough allows you to "strikethrough" a mobs riposte. You still take the riposte damage but you can also hit the mob.
If you perform a strikethrough you will see the text, "You have performed a Strike through your opponents defenses!" I will post the link to the SW post as soon as i find it again.

Does anyone know if the "Strikethrough" stacks? I mean my epic "Savage Lord's Totem" has Strikethrough 5%, with the 1-3% would be nice to increase it.
All "%" items stack. ie, if you have 3%, 4%, and 5% shieling items, you effectivey have 12% shielding. The same for strikethrough, Spell Shield, etc.
"%" items stack only if they have +X%. For example, haste does not stack because it does not say +36% haste, only 36% haste. In this case the higher number is used.
Howlite dropped for me in RCoD off of a kyve mob, dont remember what one but it was not a named. We were pulling the area around the Bowhound when it dropped.

Ok, Well we actually got this item in Nobles Causeway off just a ordinary Murkglider Mob. No specific area or anything. So i do not know if this was a mistake or not.
