lez see depends on server...on drinal or all yer expensive servers about 8-9k or so...but on cheap servers like xegony around 4-5k, but luclin came out so i'm not sure how much the prices have dropped yet so thats jus yer basic prices, hehe

These go for 3-5k now on mithaniel marr. God those centi weapons screwed the market up. I bought a thick banded belt about 3 weeks before luclin for a wurmslayer and 500pp. Now it's worth 1k.. i should have waited.

Maybe it's just me, probably is, but when i see somebody using a staminaslayer in their main hand with a Lammy in offhand the only thing that comes to my mind is "What a waste of an awesome weapon" Lammy's are meant to be duel weilded or put in main hand with another fast weapon. (exception obviously JM in main Lammy in off) Please people if you have enough $$ for a Wurmy and 1 Lammy save up for another and get a better weapon than the Wurmy for now! That's just my little rant. Sorry. And thank you for your time :)

Lammy is an AWFUL off-hand weapon. With no damage bonus applicable to your off hand, you're gonna hit like a wussy girl with this. You need to put a high damage weapon in your off hand to counteract the lack of damage bonus. Most people settle for a compromise and try and get a good ratio weapon. IMO, a Centi LS makes for a fine off-hand weapon. It's not overly slow, and it does some excellent damage, without having to rely on the bonus to up the damage.

atm im usin wurmslayer and velium warsword thinkin about buyin to lamentations and usin them at lvl 60 even they are that nice...and i dont think that was a nice thing to do that little rogue steal someones weap they drop on the ground that would make me not want to play eq anymore if i lost my lamentation i payed ks for

Ok I am a lvl 41 troll war and i would like some advice: I have a wurmy in my primary and a cane of tranquil in my off hand. should i trade in the wurmy for the lammy , the cane for the lammy or am I good as it is.

If i were you, i would replace that wurmy with a lammy. The delay under 20 w/ a comprable dmg ratio is extremely effective at taunting. That wurmy may hold till 50 or so w/ holding agro, but i think that post 50, it may be more difficult to maintain agro w/ a wurmy due to the slow hits. just my thoughts.

As I am only 42 ATM Im not sure if this is right on or not, but if you are post 50 i would say go with both. lammy for when there are NO enchanters around to haste you and a wurmy for when there ARE chanters around, with fbss and celerity, a warrior is JUST about to minimum delaty of 10 with a wurmy. whether you are wielding a 9/10 weapon or a 25/10 weapon I dont think it would be a bad idea to keep a wurmy in your back pocket. Still, you just cant deny that the lammy is probably the BEST non hasted weapon around all epics aside. Thats just my take on the subject and im not claiming to be an expert, but i know this, when i have celerity and fbss i do LOTS more damage with wurmy than i do with lammy.(that puts me over pre 50 haste cap) but if no chanter around, im sore pressed with that heavy wurmy.
Learn your haste limitations . . . max haste for a level 60 is only 100 percent; ie - you do twice the attacks per unit time. This means your effective delay is HALVED. Wurmy would only be a 25/20 not a 25/10. 25/20 is not bad; but 9 10 is better for holding aggro.

I am slightly confused in the above calulation due to the fact that if the off hand delay is not tied to the primary delay then the breakdown above totally missed 3 attacks by the GJB there by upping the damage on the wurm combo by 90 dmg and making that combo better by 25 dmg ??

Damnit, why can't pallies use this weapon?? I mean wtf man!
If you want a godly 1hs, take a look at Jorendil (sp?), one of MANY pally only weapons. It gives more hits, does more damage and has a better ratio. Sure it doesn't give you +6 Strength (trivial at the level you get these things), but the lammy doesn't proc a 140 point self heal. So SKs can use this item and you can't; big deal. As a warrior I've been eating my own liver for some time looking at the stuff pallys get that I'll never use. No one gets everything.

If your inven is full and you've placed one of your items from your equip slot in a trade window, then click cancel or he gives you something, the stuff in the window all drops to the floor. It does not automatically equip back.

Was walking in EC with my rogue sneaking around, and woot. Someone dropped something on ground and was backing up to pick it up, but I picked it up really fast and walked away and camped out. I was very very lucky.

It probably wasn't dropped. More likely he had no room in his inventory and it fell on the ground.

It saves people from thiefs like this that snatch it up before they find out they had it dropped from lack of space. Don't be proud about picking it up boyo, that was alot of time and/or money you stole.

And I went and had lunch with Vindi and he bought me like 5000 Red Dragonscale Breastplates- 1 for each of my twinks on my 1000 accounts all of which are twinks but level 60. Good thing I found that 1000000 plat just lying there on the ground so I could sell it in real life and buy all these new computers and accounts with it. Please, if you are going to make up BS stories, make them believable.

Nanaelinu's replying to someone who had made a total bulls*** story about finding 10, 10slot bags full of wurmys with his low lv character. And then selling all the wurmys and all 10 of the bags and getting for 120kpp. The person already had an awful rate on their post and my rating on it, took the post off the board. Drop Confirmation can be turned off, sometimes one can forget such things, as well as fast item destroy.

Please bear in mind ratio is everything for an offhand weapon (dmgwise not so much tauntwise necessarily), and this is equally valid for a lvl1 warrior onhand , less valid for a lvl 60 warrior onhand.
Primary hand gets a damage bonus by lvl - without the damage bonus a wurmslayer is stupidly better for damage, but by about lvl 53 a lam will outdamage a wurm by virtue of more frequent swings=more frequent adds of dmg bonus. It's why if you log and compare a jagged longsword will outdamage over time a jade mace offhand.

I have got a Lammy Main and a Kunzar Ki'Something or other lol (8/22 Engulfing Darkness) Sat it backback waiting for when I high enough to Duel wield (Must log and get 13th Sob)I got My Kunzar Sword for 2k Not sure if that good deal or not heard they go for 3 *Shrug* However I got My Lammy for a Trade off for my Gebs and 1k (The gebs I bought for 5k) So 6K in total I have heard one person selling one for 5k but overall on Xegony server now they seem to go for 6 to 7k with Gebs now going for around 5k Prices are Dropping Insanly on Xegony server Just me 2cp bit o Info

Howdy, people.. I've recently come upon a FBSS in Lguk, and I'm thinking about trying for some of these, by whatever means necessary (got enough stuff for main, working on alt now).. Would 2 of these and fbss be nice combo for level 20 war? Or is it too much taunt for him to handle? =P

Um last I checked, warriors are SUPPOSED to taunt. /bonk Timog
At level 20 my twink uses a lammy in the offhand and a wurmslayer in her main. I think the damage she does offsets the need for taunting. Until high 40s or low 50s I think most clerics can stand and take a few hits from the mobs without danger of dying. Once she gets in her mid 40s I'll probably switch to 2 lammies for taunting but for now I'm sticking with the wurm in her main. Hope that helps you.

well from experience i can tell you that ws/JLS or GJA or somthun similar does about 30-60 per hit and its somewhat slow.. hits around 4 times every 4 seconds.. lam/lam does 20-50 and hits about 4 times a second =) somthun to think about ..

On my server (Sol Ro) a silken whip of ensnaring sells for half of what a lammy sells for. Would this not be the better buy for me? Is the taunt factor worth 6k? I dont think so, but i would like to hear what others have to say.

These things own. I have a pair I'm borrowing at level 47, I feel like a monk with my battle spam. Damage is great I'm Quading 30-40 every 2 seconds and I don't even need to taunt very often. HUGE upgrade from the Icetooth Claw / Yak combo I had before.

hey guys i have a wurm and a jagged long sowrd im a 45 war and i do a hell of alot of damgage but i was thinking of going with 2 lammys dont know if the dam. would be equl as i get high lvls ive heard that its usless to use the wurm over lvl 50 can someone help me out with there experence
