I achieved hunter in RSS and WoS and killed over 5,000 invader mobs and still haven't scored one of these. You need one to get to JC 350.

On a Girplan Stonelifter in Harbingers Spire, the one in the back of The Prime Mover room that i usually never get around to killing but decided to after about 4-5 hours at the camp. Maby i gonna kill him more often :)

Please Explain how you can list that this as Found in Walls of Slaughter, but drops off mobs in NC and Dranik's Hallows.

Because its a random drop in ALL OOW zones. They just add zones to the list as people post here that they found them there. I suspect WoS was just the zone listed by the person who submitted the item.
not in draniks scar, it dont drop :)

I had this drop from a mob in Noble Causeway today. Not sure what mob it was from cause I wasn't the ML but I did win the roll on it.
The price on Luclin server is 100k-150k. yeah seems extreme to me but that is what they are listed at.
